Anniversary Narrows

Anniversary Narrows is much like the Narrows in Zion, only shorter. The water cut through the sandstone to form some beautiful rock formations.

These are some of the beautiful wild flowers that we saw on Saturday, we think they are desert poppies.

This trail is very narrow and we had to walk single file, but not sideways.

The sandstone was worn very smooth where the desert storms have rushed through this small canyon.

We are pretty happy with the pictures that we took, they turned out pretty well.

We hiked up the canyon, which is out by Lake Mead,
and had lunch, dinked around for a while and then headed back to town. It was great and we loved the hike!
